A yarn with an incredible soft hand and a beautiful drape lends itself to a classy serape. It is both a pretty and practical style, for cool days or evenings. Unbutton one side and throw over one shoulder for a completely different look.

approximately: 26 inches circumference x 20 inches high

100% baby merino wool

For your cowl to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important.

It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.

NEEDLES:

size 9 circular needle 24 inches long; or size needles to obtain the correct gauge

OTHER NOTIONS:

GAUGE:

23 stitches x 30 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch on size 9 needles
