For your pullover to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important.

It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.

NEEDLES:

size 6 and size 8 needles; or size needles to obtain the correct gauge
size 6 circular needle 24 inches long
cable needle
size 8 or smaller double pointed needles or 5 stitch holders

OTHER NOTIONS:

gauge ruler
tapestry needle

GAUGE:

20 stitches x 28 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch on size 8 needles

SKILL LEVEL:

	Projects with a variety of stitches, such as basic cables and lace, simple intarsia, double-pointed needles and knitting in the round needle techniques, mid-level shaping and finishing.
