YARN USED FOR SAMPLE
Knit One, Crochet Too
4 balls each of 6 color ways = 24 balls of Paint Box
100% wool
1.75 ounces-(50 grams) each ball
100 yards-(91.5 meters) each ball
Paint Box is a worsted weight yarn. Any weight, using appropriate crochet hook, would work because you can stop crocheting when you obtain the size afghan you desire. To achieve the look for this afghan the yarn should have short runs of each color.
It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase. Approximately 2400 yards-(2194.5 meters)- are needed for the sample afghan - 400 yards-(366 meters) of 6 different color ways. Allow for more yarn if a larger afghan is desired or using a thinner weight yarn.
