3.5 ounces-(100 grams)  -  190 yards-(173 meters)
350 yards-(320 meters) worsted weight yarn are required

For your stocking to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important. It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.
