If you are fond of knitting a variety of pattern stitches; this pullover is for you. There are 12 different stitches each separated by 4 rows of garter stitch. This pullover has a round neck and dropped shoulders. Also included is an easy to work boat neck style. Pullover is knit in a dk weight yarn and looks terrific in cotton as well as wool.

For your pullover to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important.

It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.

NEEDLES:

size 3 and size 5; or size needles to obtain the correct gauge
size 3 circular needle, 16 inches long

OTHER NOTIONS:

gauge ruler
tapestry needle

GAUGE:

24 stitches and 32 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch on size 5 needles

SKILL LEVEL:

	Projects with a variety of stitches, such as basic cables and lace, simple intarsia, double-pointed needles and knitting in the round needle techniques, mid-level shaping and finishing.
