70% acrylic - 30% nylon
50 grams - 80 yards each ball

For your cardigan to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important.

It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.

NEEDLES:

size 10.5 straight needles; or size needles to obtain the correct gauge

OTHER NOTIONS:

gauge ruler
tapestry needle
6(6, 6, 7, 7) buttons 5/8 inch size

GAUGE:

13 stitches and 20 rows = 4 inches in 1 x 1 ribbing (blocked by pressing with a steam iron and using a press cloth) on size 10.5 needles
