This Christmas stocking conveys it all. Knit on straight needles, the cuffs are worked in a gingham pattern using the fair-isle technique. The word Peace is done in cross-stitch on waste canvas. Instructions to use waste canvas are included.

size 9 straight needles; or size needles to obtain the correct gauge
size 9 double pointed needles

GAUGE:
20 stitches and 26 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch on size 9 needles
