YARN USED FOR SAMPLE
Cascade Yarns - Heritage Sock Yarn
75% Merino Superwash - 25% Nylon
3.5 0unces-(100 grams) each skein      -    437 yards-(399.5 meters) each skein
2(3 - 4) skeins

For this pullover to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important. It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.

SUGGESTED NEEDLE SIZE
- size 4 (3.5 mm) and 6 (4 mm) needles or needles to obtain the correct gauge
- size D (3 mm) crochet hook for button loops

NOTIONS
- gauge ruler
- yarn markers-a thin cotton yarn (#10 crochet thread is great to use as yarn markers) in a contrasting color
- package of ring markers
- tracking sheet-included with pattern
- tapestry needle
- two buttons size 1/2 inch-(12.5 mm)

GAUGE
- 26 stitches and 36 rows = 4 inches-(10 cm) in stockinette stitch on size 6-(4mm) needles
