A combination of four different pattern stitches make this adorable pullover fun to knit. Four buttons close the asymmetrical opening. Knit in either a soft comfortable wool or cotton in a dk weight. Pattern included for matching hat.

For your pullover to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important.

It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.



NEEDLES:
size 3 and size 5 straight needles; or size needles to obtain the correct gauge
5 or smaller double pointed needles or 4 stitch holders
size D crochet hook



OTHER NOTIONS:
gauge ruler
tracking sheet - included with pattern
tapestry needle
4 buttons 1/2 to 3/4 inch



GAUGE:
24 stitches x 33 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch on 5 needles
