3.5 ounces-(100 grams)—110 yards-(100.5 meters) each skein

For your afghan to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important.

It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.

A soft, to the touch yarn, is recommended.
Approximately 2200 yards-(2011.6 meters) are needed for this afghan. Allow for more yarn if a longer afghan is desired.

size 10-(6 mm) circular needle; 29 to 40 inches-(74 to 101.5) long or size needles to obtain the correct gauge

14 stitches and 18 rows = 4 inches-(10 cm) in seed stitch on size 10-(6 mm) needles
